Postcards From Hawaii
|
I like this picture because there is a strange synchronicity between between DD and the girl
sitting behind her: DD is shuffling the postcards we have bought from Hawaii and the postcard that
appears in this picture, that we sent to Brome Lake Fitness, has the same colors as the dress in
the girl in the background and the girl in the background is wearing a top that is the same color
as DD! There is this Hawaiian mural on the wall behind DD, as we sit in the Waikiki Cheeseburger
restaurant, and behind DD is someone who has a dress with colors that match not only the postcards
DD is holding but also the blouse matches DD's pink polka-dotted blouse! This is so cool! How Kava
is this? It's just one of those moments that are really great that you often don't notice until
afterwards...this picture is one of those special flashes captured in a photograph that portrays
an odd beauty that often happens when you least expect! DAMI
